“Glitter In The Air” by P!nk (2010)
Okay, singing a vocally challenging song (with only a piano as accompaniment) during the Grammy Awards in front of a worldwide audience is a daunting task for even the utmost of professionals. Now let’s take it a step further and sing while being hoisted and dangled in mid air. Oh wait, there’s more. Now spin around about a million times in the air and dunk yourself in water just for funzies…all the while delivering a flawless vocal performance. No way in Hell, right? Wrong. That’s just what Miss P!ink did. She absolutely NAILED this performance in every possible way. Vocally, artistically, ACROBATICALLY. Hands down (pun intended) this gets my vote as one of the best live musical performances ever. For any award show.
